Can I completely submerge my sneakers in water?

No. Our kits are designed for surface cleaning. Immersing your sneakers could damage the materials or the glue. Always work in small areas with a damp brush.

Can I use a hairdryer to speed up the drying process?

Yes, but with caution. We recommend natural, air drying to preserve the materials and adhesives. If you use a hairdryer, choose a cold or warm setting, keep a distance of at least 20 to 30 cm, and avoid staying too long on the same area. Excessive heat can deform or damage certain materials.

Can I use the universal solution on all types of materials?

Our universal solution is suitable for most common materials (leather, mesh, canvas, etc.). However, as a precaution, we always recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire shoe. For delicate materials such as suede or nubuck, we recommend using our kit specifically designed for these materials.
