SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery areas
Sneak And Vet ships to mainland France, the European Union and the international destinations offered at checkout.

2. Order preparation
Orders are generally prepared within two business days after payment is confirmed. An email is sent as soon as the order is dispatched.

3. Estimated delivery times
Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
European Union: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
International: 12 to 20 business days after dispatch.
These time frames are estimates. The applicable delivery time and available carrier are shown when the order is placed. Customs checks or events beyond our control may extend delivery times.

4. Shipping charges
Mainland France: free delivery.
European Union: €22.
International: €29.
The exact amount applicable to the destination is displayed before payment is confirmed.

5. Tracking
When the carrier provides tracking, the tracking number is emailed to the customer as soon as the order is dispatched.

6. Delay, damaged parcel or missing item
In the event of a significant delay or an issue, contact contact@sneakandvet.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs. Sneak And Vet remains responsible for proper delivery until the parcel is handed to the customer, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Customs
For shipments outside the European Union, the authorities in the destination country may charge customs duties, local taxes or administrative fees. These remain payable by the customer when they are not included in the displayed price.

8. Incorrect address
Customers must check their address before confirming the order. If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, reshipping costs may be charged.
