TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Seller identity
These terms govern sales made on sneakandvet.com by AS² INDUSTRY, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €5,000, operating the Sneak And Vet brand.

2. Scope
By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.

3. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Photographs represent the products as accurately as possible, but do not constitute a commitment regarding slight differences in appearance caused by screens.

4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including all applicable taxes. Any shipping charges, customs duties or import fees are stated before the order is finally confirmed.

5. Orders
Before confirming, the customer checks the contents of the cart, the delivery address and the total amount. The order becomes final once payment has been approved and confirmation has been sent. If a product is exceptionally unavailable, Sneak And Vet informs the customer and refunds the relevant amount.

6. Payment
Payment is made using the secure solutions offered when the order is placed. Products remain the property of AS² INDUSTRY until the full price has been paid.

AS² INDUSTRY remains responsible for proper delivery until the parcel is handed to the customer, in accordance with applicable law.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

9. Statutory guarantees
Customers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery of the product and from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects. These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee and at no cost, under the conditions provided by law.

10. Product use and liability
Customers must follow the precautions and instructions supplied with the products. Nothing in these terms limits consumers’ statutory rights or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for a failure caused by an event of force majeure recognised under French law.

13. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to contact@sneakandvet.com, stating the order number and any information useful for processing the request.

14. Mediation and disputes
After a prior written complaint has remained unresolved, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge in accordance with the French Consumer Code. The contact details of the competent mediator are provided on request and must be available on the website.
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory protective rules and the courts having territorial jurisdiction.
