RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal
Under the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to notify us of their decision to withdraw, without giving a reason. After giving notice, the products must be returned within 14 days at the latest.

2. Return conditions
The product must be returned complete, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. Customers may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
Unsealed or used liquid products cannot be returned when they cannot be resold for hygiene or health-protection reasons, in accordance with the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

3. Return procedure
To request a return, sign in to your Sneak And Vet customer account and select the relevant order. If you need assistance, contact contact@sneakandvet.com and include your order number.
The direct cost of returning products is borne by the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal. Sneak And Vet covers these costs if the wrong product was prepared or if the product does not conform to the order.

4. Refunds
After the return has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. For a valid withdrawal, it includes the price of the products and the standard delivery charges initially paid, under the conditions and within the time limits provided by law. The refund may be withheld until the product is recovered or until proof of dispatch is provided.

5. Damaged, defective or non-conforming product
If there is an issue upon delivery, contact us as soon as possible at contact@sneakandvet.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs. This recommendation does not limit the customer’s statutory rights.
The statutory guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery of the product, at no cost to the consumer, under the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code. The statutory guarantee against hidden defects also remains applicable.
